About the role
Grow the pipeline for Sanya Business and Kanisa MS — selling to Tanzanian SMEs, accountants and churches.
What you'll do
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach and field visits
- Run product demos and handle objections
- Close deals and onboard new customers smoothly
- Manage accounts and grow them over time
- Keep a clean, up-to-date sales pipeline
What we're looking for
- B2B sales experience with a track record of closing
- Confident communicator, comfortable with field sales
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Based in Dar es Salaam (field + in-office)
Nice to have
- An existing B2B network in Tanzania (SMEs, accountants, churches)
- Experience selling software / SaaS
