Customer Support Specialist

Support Dar es Salaam (in-office) Full-time

About the role

Be the friendly, capable first point of contact for our hosting, domain and SaaS customers — across email, WhatsApp and phone.

What you'll do

  • Answer customer questions and resolve issues promptly and patiently
  • Troubleshoot hosting, email, domain and SaaS problems
  • Escalate technical issues clearly to the engineering team
  • Keep customers updated and follow up until things are resolved
  • Help improve our help docs and common answers

What we're looking for

  • Fluent in both Swahili and English (spoken and written)
  • Patient, clear communicator who stays calm with frustrated customers
  • Comfortable learning technical products
  • Available in-office in Dar es Salaam, including some weekend / evening shifts

Nice to have

  • Prior support, call-centre or CRM experience
  • Basic understanding of hosting, domains or DNS
