Customer Support Specialist

About the role
Be the friendly, capable first point of contact for our hosting, domain and SaaS customers — across email, WhatsApp and phone.
What you'll do
- Answer customer questions and resolve issues promptly and patiently
- Troubleshoot hosting, email, domain and SaaS problems
- Escalate technical issues clearly to the engineering team
- Keep customers updated and follow up until things are resolved
- Help improve our help docs and common answers
What we're looking for
- Fluent in both Swahili and English (spoken and written)
- Patient, clear communicator who stays calm with frustrated customers
- Comfortable learning technical products
- Available in-office in Dar es Salaam, including some weekend / evening shifts
Nice to have
- Prior support, call-centre or CRM experience
- Basic understanding of hosting, domains or DNS
