About the role

Keep the Netpoa hosting platform fast, secure and always-on — the infrastructure behind our hosting, domains, VPS and SaaS products.

What you'll do

Run and tune AlmaLinux + CloudLinux + cPanel/WHM + LiteSpeed servers
Manage MariaDB (replication/clustering), backups and restores
Automate Hetzner reseller provisioning and routine operations with scripts
Monitor performance, respond to incidents, and prevent repeats
Harden servers and stay on top of security patching

What we're looking for

Strong Linux administration and shell scripting
Hands-on with cPanel/WHM, web servers (LiteSpeed / Nginx / Apache) and MariaDB
Calm, methodical troubleshooting under pressure
Available on-site in Dar es Salaam

Nice to have

CloudLinux, LiteSpeed tuning, or hosting-industry experience
Infrastructure automation / configuration management
